Full-depth pothole patching and surface repairs that restore structural integrity to damaged asphalt, from small divots to large failed sections.

Not every damaged driveway needs to be torn out and replaced. If the pavement is structurally sound with isolated failures (a pothole here, a sunken edge there), targeted patching extends the life of the existing surface at a fraction of replacement cost.
The key is getting to problems early. A 6-inch pothole costs far less to repair than the 4-foot section it becomes after two more winters of water infiltration and freeze-thaw cycling.
Surface patching addresses shallow failures where the base is intact, typically worn, crumbled, or weather-damaged areas. We remove the loose material and re-fill with hot-mix.
Full-depth patching is required when the base has failed. We saw-cut to clean edges, remove failed material, compact new base stone, and then fill with hot-mix asphalt. This is the only approach that addresses the root cause of the failure.
Free estimates, no obligation. Most jobs are scheduled within 1–2 weeks.
Identify the extent of failure (whether it's surface-only or extends to the base) to choose the right repair approach.
Saw-cut the damaged area to clean edges, remove failed material, and inspect the sub-base.
If the base is compromised, add and compact crushed stone to restore proper drainage and load-bearing.
Fill with hot-mix asphalt, overfilling slightly to account for compaction.
Compact with a vibratory plate or roller to achieve a smooth, dense patch flush with the surrounding pavement.

“PRC sealcoating did a fantastic job on our driveway. They even provided a professional follow up support the following year. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring their services. Professional team, friendly, on-time, and a fair price.”

“Paul and his team shows up, and like a well oiled machine they work at cleaning the driveway and edges, then they come through and seal the cracks, followed by the driveway sealer going down. Then they stake the driveway end to make sure we all remember to stay off it. Not only is the driveway sealed, but their friendly professionalism, quality of work, on time manner and fair pricing says a lot about PRC.”
